For those who want to combine a stay with all the comforts and amenities in the city center, all year round, Grandma's house is the perfect choice.

It is a stone house of 58 m2 with an age of more than 150 years and which the fifth generation of owners decided to radically renovate but with absolute respect for its form and character, in order to meet the requirements of a modern residence.

It is located in a large inner courtyard with a garden and an orchard with orange and lemon trees with a well that supplied the water of the old stone tank for watering the trees of the orchard. Today, this tank has been converted into a modern Jacuzzi, to cool off and relax the residents of the house, and a deck has been designed with comfortable sunbeds and an umbrella for the service offered by the Jacuzzi. The cool courtyard with the built-in seating area and discreet lighting creates a romantic atmosphere in the evenings where the residents of the house can enjoy their dinner or simply relax.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room and a bathroom.
